The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful scenery and very peaceful. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful during our stay, making us feel welcomed. Another highlight was the comfy bed, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Our stay at this hotel was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The room we booked was not the one we received, and it had clearly not been cleaned properly.

Despite several flaws during my Christmas stay, I must say that the location was quite impressive. I loved the serene atmosphere and picturesque surroundings that added to the charm of my holiday experience. the bed was comfortable and provided a peaceful sleep throughout my trip. the hotel had an outdoor pool and sauna - a great facility for those who enjoy an afternoon dip or want to unwind in the heat.
I felt utterly disappointed with the hotel services and amenities. My room was not maintained well and seemed rundown and uncared for.

We loved the quiet and picturesque surroundings, with breathtaking views of nature. The location was excellent for exploring the area, as transportation was easily accessible. Reception staff exceeded our expectations, with Ace providing outstanding service. The comfortable beds and overall cleanliness of the hotel added to our enjoyable stay.
Cannot find any fault.

The scenery surrounding the accommodation was breathtaking and serene, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the bed was very comfortable, providing a much-needed good night's sleep. the lack of tea/coffee-making facilities in the room was disappointing.
The communication skills of the staff were very poor, making it difficult to get help when needed.
